SIMULATION OF NATURAL ACCOMMODATION
The patented multi-aspheric design and aberration-reducing geometry
of the lens provides true monocular simultaneous correction for
near, intermediate and distance vision while simulating "natural
accommodation."
UNIQUE DESIGN
The lens design consists of four zones of non-linear multi-aspheric
power progressions. The central zone is the patented "accommodation
zone" which functions to simulate natural accommodation by
creating a very small area of magnification approximately 25% to
100% over the near vision correction requirement. The accommodation
zone is blended to the distance zone via two zones of non-constant
asphericity which allows monocular correction of near, Intermediate
and distant vision. Aberration reduction geometry is incorporated
into the lens designed to provide increased depth of field and contrast
sensitivity.
